To ensure correct fit and sizing, start by measuring 5 1/2" up your thigh from the center of your kneecap with your knee slightly bent. Then, measure the circumference of your thigh. Next, measure 4 3/4" down your calf from the center of your kneecap and measure the circumference of your calf. Be sure the measuring tape is not too tight or too loose. Consult the sizing chart and video for accurate sizing.
