Bauerfeind's ViscoPed S viscoelastic foot orthosis gently cushions the entire sole of the foot, providing comfort while walking. The inlays take away typical pressure peaks in cases of pain on the sole of the foot, spreading them across a larger surface and relieving the heel and metatarsal head with extra soft special cushions. The shock-absorbing effect benefits not only the foot, but also the ankle, knee, hip, and spine.

This foot orthosis provides a particularly soft cushioning effect without any arch support under the forefoot, which can be irritating to sensitive feet. The raised metatarsal pad aids in desired realignment of metatarsal heads. ViscoPed S adapts to the shape of the foot and shoe, made of high-quality silicone that is gentle on the skin, easy to clean, and particularly durable. Ventilation openings ensure a comfortable foot climate.

Sizing is based off of your shoe size, and it is important to refer to the sizing chart and video for correct sizing to ensure a correct fit. ViscoPed S can be used to help treat and prevent pain caused by pressure (plantar fasciitis), forefoot/toe deformities, pressure redistribution to prevent local pressure peaks, and arthralgia.
