The Bauerfeind EPITRAIN elbow support is designed to assist in the treatment of various elbow conditions, including Lateral Epicondylitis (tennis elbow), Medial Epicondylitis (golfer's elbow), post elbow Athroscopy, elbow strains or sprains, pre and post-operative elbow conditions, chronic swelling and edema, and arthritis/osteoarthritis. This knitted elbow support incorporates 2 anatomically contoured silicone inserts that surround the medial and lateral elbow bones (epicondyles) and lie over the flexor and extensor muscles. The silicone inserts are designed to relieve pressure on the elbow bones and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint. This increased circulation aids in the resorption of swelling and edema.

Additionally, the EPITRAIN elbow support helps promote proprioception, which heightens sensory awareness in the elbow for increased joint stabilization.
